We are not responsible for any installation or modifications needed for installation of your new fixture
(Unfortunately the traditional mounting plates dont work with a fixture that has a light hanging through the center where normally a center knob would go. With a typical tbar, the small screws used to attach to the junction box just arent trustworthy for a heavy fixture. This is why we mention we arent responsible for modifications needed. Some of our custom lights usually need some kind of modification up in the ceiling to allow for extra weight like a ceiling fan would need. We always add holes to the ceiling plate , spaced out for weight distribution, which allows for long drywall screws to hit framework up in the ceiling. This will make sure the fixture doesnt come down on someone.)
Anything extra ordinary-(OLD Homes, NEW Construction) may need modifications that we are not responsible for.
We always recommend it being installed by a professional to prevent any issues.
If you choose to install your own fixture we cannot be responsible for any wrongdoings or issues that arise from doing so
Our porcelain sockets are rated at 660W Max but we advise a 60W max per bulb. Bulbs are not included.
